30th Annual Adult and Pediatric Trauma Symposium

All emergency medical technicians, nurses and physicians are invited to attend the “30th Annual Adult and Pediatric Trauma Symposium” on September 24 - 25, 2009, at the Saint Francis Hospital Education Center. Accreditation hours will be given for each day of attendance.

Pre-registration is required by September 18, 2009. To register, please click here to download the form, fill it out and return it via fax or by mail. The fees for registration will cover syllabus materials, certificates of attendance, continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks. Registration fees are as follows:
